Decarbonising Heating & Cooling
THE HEAT ACADEMY is an international platform offering modular training on decarbonising heating and cooling. The mission is to address skill gaps in the sector through hands-on training, collaboration, and best practice sharing. As an independent organization, it partners with local colleges, universities, public institutions, energy operators, investors, and the supply chain.

The training courses are designed along two broad categories:
Master Classes focusing on the theoretical aspects of implementing smart energy infrastructure - e.g. political, strategic, legal, financial, commercial, techinal, leadership and communication / PR. Since the strt in 2014, some 4000 proffesionals in 12 markets have participated in training sessions organised by The Heat Academy
Vocational Training adressing the practical activites related to design installation, operations and maintenance of systems. The strategy is to establish collaboration with local universities and colleges, as well as the broader supply chain, there by speeding up expansion in scope and reach.
